Thank you for agreeing to speak at the APEC Customs/Industry Trade Exhibition and Seminars, to be held in Montréal, May 7-9, 1997.

This is a confirmation that you will be speaking on the topic of: Legal Issues Surrounding Access to Asia Pacific Markets, in English on Thursday, May 8 from 3:00 to 4:00 in room Cartier A and in French on Friday, May 9 from 11:00 to 12:00 also in room Cartier A. Please allow time for audience turnover as well as questions and answers. Therefore, your speaking times for each day will be approximately 30-40 minutes. Please allow yourselves 15-20 minutes prior to your presentation to identify yourself at the Trade Exhibition registration table.

Attached you will find a copy of the Seminar brochure. Twenty thousand of these brochures have been distributed throughout the Montreal and Ottawa areas. The Trade Exhibition and Seminars have also been advertised through print media to promote this event.
